Le Concierge du Perche is a concierge and caretaking service for second homes, based in Le Pin-la-Garenne, in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park. A dedicated caretaker looks after clients' homes all year round: monitoring and maintenance, preparing for stays, coordinating tradespeople, handling the unexpected and seasonal follow-up.
The promise fits in one sentence: “Your home, our commitment.” For owners who often live far from their house in the Perche, trust, discretion and a local presence are essential.
Le Concierge du Perche needed a website that reassures above all: showing the person behind the service, clearly explaining what is covered and making owners want to hand over their keys. The tone had to stay warm and rooted in the region, far from the cold image of an urban concierge service.
RD Agency designed and developed the website: page structure, custom illustrations and an introduction to a photographer. The visual world pairs photographs of the houses and the caretaker with line illustrations, on a natural palette of white and green that echoes the Perche countryside.
The journey was designed to get straight to the point: discover the services, meet the caretaker, check the prices, then get in touch in just a few clicks.
